Ross planned and built our deck and did an amazing job, quoting it up clearly and always communicating well through the entire process. Even with personal issues arising, he endeavored to prioritize getting our job completed within a fast timeframe and the work is excellent. We have since invited him back for smaller renovation jobs around our home and he’s always willing to help whether the job is big or small. Greg removed my old rusted out wood heater and replaced it with a new one - including the flue and hearth. He worked systematically and efficiently, with a minimum of mess, and cleaned up before he left. He was very polite and friendly and didn’t mind answering my questions while he worked. We had a built-in wardrobe made and installed by Kingaroy Joinery. There was a communication error between staff in the plan we had discussed and decided on, for the wardrobe's internal design. We ended up with a wardrobe ready for installation that wasn't a match to the plan. The installation guys were really good in discussing what to do about the problem and trying to rectify it. Their actual workmanship of installing the wardrobe was excellent. However, we were disappointed that we didn't receive the wardrobe that we had selected and discussed when we met with the sales representative.

Craig and his team did a full renovation of our commercial office. Huge job, huge enthusiasm, huge result. Craig always listened to my ideas and helped make my vision a reality. With trade delays and material delays doing a big renovation took time and was costly, but the end result is a beautiful, functional, stylish building. The quality and care is evident in the end result and Craig and his team certainly provided what I had envisioned. If you can dream it, Craig can build it!
