The team at Mid Richmond Plumbers organised for the Plumber to attend straight away. Joe was very professional and had everything up and running in no time. Thanks again for a great job.

All I can say is that Christmas came early this year. Yesterday the hot water tank went on the fritz. After doing the usual troubleshooting it was obvious I needed a plumber. By sheer chance we had visitors at the house, one of which gave me Pipe Masters phone number. I talked to Lachlan and even though he was clear out in Nimbin he assured me he would stop by in the afternoon (it was nearly noon when I called). Lachlan showed up about 3:30. After troubleshooting the unit Lachlan informed me what the problems were and and fixed the unit. Wrapped in courtesy, knowledge and integrity, this is one Christmas gift I am keeping.

Terry turned up when he said he would and he did what he said he could! Very Happy with Master Blaster.
