An exemplary service from Wayne and I thoroughly recommend him. I rang at opening time for a rescue of the previous night's flooded carpeting. He explained all aspects of the work to be carried out, had the best pricing and arrived within the hour. He rang before arrival and worked diligently and professionally to achieve the best water removal results then deodorised to complete this part of the process. I had had one industrial drying fan left with me, that was run in different locations. Wayne called back late afternoon to check the result. The carpet was dry but the underlay needed further drying time. I only needed to use my own fans to continue the drying. Wayne called to arrange a final call back 3 days later. Using the carpet meter again Wayne checked that the underlay and wooden borders were now dry then applied an antibacterial spray as a precaution. I didn't require a shampoo clean as all my carpets will be done in a few weeks. Wayne asked me to call when ready to do this.
