When my partner and I decided we were in the market for buying a block of land and building our own home, we started looking around for a broker. QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance was recommended to us by some close friends, and we decided to give them a call. We really wanted to find someone that could work with us throughout the purchasing and building process and to suit our unique situation. Being rural and in a higher risk zone, we thought securing a loan with a good rate without ridiculous fees would be difficult; But Greg, Caron and the team were able to where others couldn't.
