The BEST Life Saving & Surfing Clubs in Warrnambool VIC

I would like to give the Warrnambool surf lifesaving club’s starfish/nippers group the highest praise. I have taken a little boy down there on at least 3 occasions and have found the people to be extremely friendly and genuine. Some females in the group rallied around him to ensure he was accepted in the group as he does have some challenges and will need assistance to join in, the group of females made it less stressful and are a real asset to the club, the empathy and understanding shown to us was amazing. It can be hard to get him to go in the water but one young female adapted the play to suit his needs further up on the sand, using props to entertain him. I think they are a wonderful bunch.
