I was having gas heater problems. I had bought a new gas heater on the Tuesday and it failed,went back to store for replacement and NO2 failed. They said there wasnt enough ventilation or a gas problem,so home with heater NO3 and it also failed. I then rang Deanabout the problems they said I have. Dean advised me on how to check the gas line for pressure and it was good. he then advised me on which heater to buy. Back to the store with heater NO3 and went and purchased a Rinnai. We havent had any more problems. Thanks to Dean for his help and advise. I would recommend Dean to anyone.
