The DOS Taekwondo Sydney main training space is located in the southern Sydney suburb of Caringbah with other locations. It is a newly refurbished and modern facility with a spacious gym. The training space is used solely for DOS Taekwondo Sydney students. At DOS Taekwondo Sydney, our students consist of both kids and adults. Our students train for and compete in state, national and international sparring and poomsae competitions. At DOS Taekwondo Sydney, we give individual attention to each of our students. This allows you to progress quickly and easily toward your personal goals. DOS Taekwondo Instructors are aware of students’ short term and long term goals and we help you achieve these in the most efficient way possible.
