There is an electric massage table - you lie on the massage table when it is closer to the floor - and I raise it electronically for my work height. I use high quality massage oil which is water dispersible. Coconut oil is available for people which special skin needs. **Lymphatic Drainage using Emmett Technique is time efficient and effective. Warm - hot stones help the muscles to relax - and is much kinder to your muscles than deep, deep tissue work.

100% recommend for anyone needing to relax! I instantly felt calm and relaxed as soon as I walked in. The space is so quiet and ambient and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. I had a magnesium float and left feeling incredible. Thank you City Cave Idalia. I will be back for sure!
