Excellent experience, reliable, prompt, friendly and kind and will go above and beyond. I 100% recommend Todd and his team at Browns Autobahn! The experience well exceeded my expectations. My car's air con stopped working and I had already called 4 places who all said they couldn't fit me in for between 2 and 3 weeks. I'm 8 months pregnant and it's unbearable to have to drive in 37 degree heat in summer without air con. I came across Browns Autobahn, gave them a call and Todd told me they'd fit me in the very next morning! They re-gassed the car completely fixing the air con issue but also gave the car back in much better condition than when it arrived. The small touches like vacuuming the front seat floors and washing the outside before giving the car back didn't go unnoticed. It's these kinds of experiences that create a loyal customer base and I will definitely be back and recommending them to others :) Such a brilliant service overall 🙌

I broke down (blown waterpump) about 50m from Healy's workshop and he was eager to help where he could. Thankfully I can fix my own car but being stranded 3 hours from home and on the side of the road, I didn't have much in the way of tools. Healy happily let me use his bench grinder and any other tools I needed for the job at no cost, to help me get back on the road. People like Healy are rare these days and I tip my hat to him, a true gentleman and just a genuine good bloke. 10/10 for this business and owner.

Excellent old fashioned service, the owner (Dennis I think) was professional and efficient and was half the price of the dealer. I have a three old Hilux 4wd Ute with only 50,000 klm which wasn't running very well. Dealer did a 'diagnostic' and said there was nothing wrong after a one hour check, said it could be bad quality fuel! Dennis had the car all day and now it feels brand new, the difference in how thorough he was is night and day to the dealer.

A+ facility. Workshop is clean and well maintained. Looks like they have a lot of new, expensive fancy tools and machines. The waiting room is like being at home, chilling out watching TV. Never have I had a mechanic treat me so well. These guys are honest, well priced and reliable. The follow up customer service is unreal. I 100% recommend!
