I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from Bashi’s Auto Electrics, particularly from Ian. After ongoing issues with my daughter Stella’s car not starting, we replaced the battery thinking there was a parasitic draw. We then took the old battery to Bashi’s, where they kindly offered to test it free of charge. Not only did they confirm the battery was faulty, but Ian went above and beyond by offering to provide a written report and invoice so we could make a claim with our insurer. That level of honesty, initiative, and willingness to help is something you don’t come across very often. Ian showed a genuine sense of decency and integrity throughout the whole process, and it made what had been a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
