I am a guide and holistic counsellor who supports people to transform and heal themselves at the core level. I guide my clients to change repetitive patterns, reprogram their subconscious mind, and break free from self-sabotage, perfectionism, playing small, self-doubt and the debilitating effects of anxiety and childhood trauma. Rejuvenate Pilates' founder Kerryn Smith knows first-hand what it feels like to be in a body that doesn't move well. Her journey began over 15 years ago when she was diagnosed with scoliosis and spinal arthritis. After trialling myriad therapies, Kerryn discovered Pilates had helped provide relief from her chronic pain. With consistent, regular practice she regained movement in her spine, increased her strength and found a way to sustain a healthy weight. Through Pilates, Kerryn transformed her life from debilitating agony to becoming an active and mobile mother of two lively daughters. Kerryn's dream is to continue assisting others to replace pain and suffering with a sense of vitality and natural movement.

Hi. I'm Lisa. Welcome! I am the founder of the Yoga and Meditation Lounge, which was originally opened in Cleveland, Brisbane in 2011. After working with students and clients here for over a decade, I sold the studio operation in 2022, and moved to the Sunshine Coast, where I'm now enjoying the coast life and all it offers.
