My private counselling practice has rooms in both Camden and Picton, NSW or I also offer telehealth sessions. My approach is person centred with the clients goals at the core of my gender affirmed and trauma informed practice. My rooms provide wonderful safe, private and calming place to explore your challenges and vulnerabilities. I am passionate about supporting people through lifes transitions and struggles whether this is a new experience or something you have been carrying for a long time. Relationships with food & body, self esteem and self worth are of particular interest and I do believe that with support everybody can move toward recovery and their most fulfilling life. I approach my work with couples from using a blend of influences from Gottman method, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy and believe each couple if unique but where there love remains there is hope and my role supports the relationship to move forward from the cycles of the past or current challenges.
