My clients (who are individuals or couples) present with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work issues, stress, concerns about sexuality or about addictive behaviours, loss, trauma, low self-esteem and personal development or a range of other issues. I specialise in working with people who feel stuck in their work or relationships and want to learn more about themselves - intensive, one to one therapy. Areas that may be covered include shame, addictions, and self-defeating patterns. I also specialise in working with people in the creative professions, dance, theatre, film and cinema.

New to the area, had not seen a good doctor in years, Jacinta is amazing. Non judgemental, supportive, efficient, knowledgeable and so lovely. I am so happy to find her. I wonder if our doc's really know what a difference they can make..........what a smile she has! She has turned my life around (with a bit of effort from me)! But essentially because she gave me strength and confidence. You will not find a better more supportive doctor.
