Mission: My mission is to provide mental health support to children and their families’ in a non-clinical environment to promote the best possible outcome using their strengths to encourage the healing process. My practice is tailored to support the unique needs of individuals and their families using Evidenced Based Therapies in a confidential, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. What I Do: We offer individual/ small group Children’s Counselling sessions in an environment that’s creative and fun. We genuinely care about you and your children’s mental health and well-being that is why we choose to offer Counselling/ Education in a confidential, helpful and affordable manner. I believe mental health and well-being education is the key to creating wellness and stability in your children’s life. My vision is to provide psycho-education in a collaborative style that is filled with fun, creative activities that provides enjoyment that encourages self confidence and builds strengths.
