Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.

Fast, friendly, affordable and efficient. As a busy mum to two little ones having the luxury of having a log book service in my own home is a game changer. Symon operates efficiently, is well prepared and keeps his work space tidy, even topped up my windscreen washer bottle and repaired a tyre I didn't even know needed it.
