Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.

My car is purring beautifully now thanks to the auto mechanical talents and genius of Levi who went over my new second hand vehicle with a fine tooth comb and gave it a delicious service along the way. Courteous and respectful service, combined with recognition of his passion for going the extra mile to locate why an engine isn't humming beautifully - then fixing it.
