Every client is unique in their needs and the way they manage their body. You won’t leave with an armful of exercises to do if that’s not you, and I take a personalised approach. It’s not one size fits all! You will experience a firm massage if that’s what’s needed. I will know when I’m working on your body and talking to you, what your body needs. It may be hot stones, cupping or a firm massage versus a deep tissue approach, finished off with Kinetic tape if needed.
