Special Populations refers to people that are disabled, have mental health issues, domestic violence, elderly, children, pre/post surgery. The services available are personal training, group instruction, corporate classes, life coaching, Counselling/Mental Health Recovery Coaching and work shops. Most exercise is done outside in nature, at either a pre-arranged venue or at your home. Life Coaching is factored in to all our services. More involved Life Coaching/Counselling/Mental Health Recovery Coaching sessions and work shops are also available. Work shops are specifically designed depending on the clientele attending, ie, obesity, mental health, etc Over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, both competing and instructing.
