Simply Newcastle’s premier nursery for Australian natives. The nursery is always well stock with the familiar tried and tested natives plus includes a range of not so commonly known species which continuously stir my interest. Staff are always friendly and ready to help with enquires about their plant’s care and growing requirements. Beautiful lunch today at the cafe, delicious food, our table surrounded by fragrant plants and friendly birds. I am wheelchair bound but found general access was good. The plants for sale are beautifully laid out and varieties easy to find. All plants look healthy and are reasonably priced. Heritage Gardens is more like a scenic botanic garden. I love visiting, nice to see dogs on leash welcome. Gift shops are a great place for finding that special gift. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will go back again..and again..and again. Highly recommended!
