The staff have obviously been trained on emotional manipulation techniques and all their communication is laced with subtle manipulation, eg. “if you miss 3 appointments we’ll terminate your membership because that tells us you’re not ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing”.

I am so grateful for seeing a post about the rescue balm on Facebook, I purchased the product and received it two days later. The product is amazing. We are now on the 3rd day of using it on my daughters eczema. It started as being quite red and angry looking and is is now so pale it's at the point that it's almost hard to see!!! I applied the product twice a day for 3 days and I am amazed. You only need a tiny amount and it really goes a long way. It has a nice aroma too. I'm so grateful that I have found this product , definitely something I will keep stock of!!!! Thank you so much!!!
