Since joining AS&RS (Disability Services) in 2014 and earning her Cert IV in Disability, Amanda has been working in the disability support industry. She has also gained experience working with several well-known support companies. Amanda's personal life experience, including having a daughter with Cerebral Palsy and Intellectual Impairment, has made her realize the lack of quality staff in the industry. This inspired her to make a positive change. Mark, on the other hand, has been a paint sales representative for over 20 years. Despite this, he started studying his Cert III in Individual Support in 2020 and is close to completing it.
