Zane has a proven track record of delivering effective interventions to children, adolescents, families, and broader community groups, specialising in areas like Family Therapy, Addiction Treatment, Mental Health Counselling, Grief and Loss Management, and Behavioural Change. He possesses an expansive network in the remote regions of Far North Queensland and has exhibited proficiency in working with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Zane holds a master’s degree in social work, a bachelor’s degree in science with a focus on psychology and graduate diplomas in counselling with specialisations in family therapy, addiction, grief, and loss. Matt Savant is a Cairns local and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. He has been interested in and studying hypnosis for over 21 years and has been seeing clients for over 8 years. The use of Hypnotherapy to help people make a permanent and positive change in their lives is his passion and purpose. After a lifetime of study and research into the mind and how it works, he found most methods of helping people took a lot of time and therefore money to address. This concerned him as he wanted to help as many people as possible. 21 Years ago he came across Hypnotherapy and started using it, he found how effective it is at addressing peoples issues quickly and without the client re-living any bad events/trauma. It is also very effective at placing a client in a state of mind which allows other therapies to be applied quickly and easily. He decided to learn all he could about Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and read/watched everything he could find on the subject as well as attending many training events. After being certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy (the largest Hypnotherapy organization in the world), 5 years ago he set up our clinic Helping Hand Hypnotherapy which has grown every year, all from word of mouth from happy clients.
