I am a registered mothercraft nurse providing home consultations and relief care for families with babies. I give support such as confidence building for new parents, teaching practical baby-handling skills, bathing, feeding - breast or bottle, sleep and settling, routine establishing, weaning etc - all manner of issues related to babies. I come from a background of both Tresillian and Karitane training and have managed to accrue a long history of experience with babies and young children that has spanned over the last 30 years! I come with excellent referrals from many lovely families I have worked with over that time period. I also have 3 - now grown up - boys. So I've experienced babies pretty much from start to finish! I believe that parenting should be instinctual and natural and heart-led and should be done in a way that respectfully looks at the process through the eyes and experience of the child.
