I then decided to make my way to Australia to the Illawarra. I have worked in all hospitals from Coledale to Nowra and on all wards. During my time in the hospital system I managed two nutrition departments and one food service department, along with being a consultant for other hospitals. There have been occasions when I have provided my services to organizations like Blue Scope Steel, nursing homes, schools including Tafe and the university. I have been interviewed at various times for radio, television and the Mercury. For the last 20 plus years I have been operating a private consulting business - Complete Care Consultancy Centre P/L.
