Dr Rodrigues has over 20 years experience. She became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) in January 2005. Her aim is to provide the highest quality of care to women during all stages of their lives. She has specialist interests in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and incontinence and has undertaken advanced training in these areas. She manages low and high risk pregnancies, and delivers babies at the Mater Private Hospital.

Dr Gaunekar is a doctor in the Mater Medical Centre, North Mackay. Dr Gaunekar has a particular interest in Minimally invasive surgery (keyhole surgery), fertility medicine and high risk pregnancy. most surgeries are performed without making big cuts on the abdomen, including big ovarian tumors, endometriosis and Laparoscopic Hysterectomies.
