I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it. I also work on the meridians (energy channels) and acupoints and work to correct energetic imbalances. I look at you holistically and give you a personalised treatment.
