He worked in Sydney, Canberra, Wagga Wagga ,Griffith, Albury prior to commencing orthopaedic training under the Australian Orthopaedic Association. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Orthopaedics in 1997. He undertook a Fellowship (post specialist training) at Wrightington Hospital, England in 1998. He returned with his family to Wagga Wagga in in 1999 and commenced his orthopaedic specialist practice at 30 Docker Street where he has worked continuously.
