We were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.

Very impressed by Keaven and I highly recommend him as a painter. He re-painted our family beach house beautifully. I found his attention to detail, communication skills and artistic flair fantastic. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Keaven had to deal with some problems due to the age of the house. He solved these problems, and the place now has a new lease of life. Recently, my house was in need of some touch ups and I wanted to get it done right. After doing some research, I decided to go with Prestige Home Transformations for the job.
