Really enjoy this gym, love the equipment.. the expertise of , my favourite part is the room and there's not 1000 people there sweating up the place and most are seriously training so you can do what you want without feeling insecure and the staff are the best literly there is so if you want a short cut with approachable beautiful staff ..stop mucking around go to a gym that they know what there doing!!

I don't love training at all lol..... but the service is second to none. I'm trying to lose weight and John wrote me an excellent programme around my needs taking into account my bad knee and shoulder. He really knows what he is doing and I'm already seeing results. Great gym!
