I provide hands-on healing in the form of reiki and massage therapy. With the completion of home renovations in early 2011 I have recently opened my home-based clinic in Nakara. REIKI -- Following the principles of Dr Mikao Usui I tap into the universal life force to conduct healing energy that restores emotional, spiritual and energetic harmony. REMEDIAL MASSAGE -- Working with varying levels of pressure, my technique incorporates trigger point therapy and some acupressure to provide lasting relief from sore, tight muscles. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE -- This very light technique works only skin deep to stimulate the action of the lymphatic system. This pain-free treatment is deeply relaxing, rejuvenates the body and is a powerful support for weight loss and detoxification.
