We specialise in POWERLIFTING, STRONGMAN, WEIGHTLIFTING and SPORTS PERFORMANCE, but our services extend to any strength-based activity. The gym is primarily OPEN GYM, whereby members train according to their own schedule, following a ‘program’ written by our ISPP coaches or sports specific coaches.
