Battle PT 2380 was founded by ex-Australian Paratrooper 3rd Battalion Royal Australian Regiment (3 RAR), Greg Sams, who has extensive experience in the fitness and adventure training industries. Greg wanted to bring something unique to the general civilian fitness training world and hence, Battle PT 2380 was created. Battle PT 2380 sessions are modelled on those that combat units take part in before pre-deployment and focus on core stability, cardio, endurance, strength, conditioning and toning. Sessions include diverse and dynamic exercise activities to physically and mentally challenge you at an individual and team orientated level. Our instructors will provide continual motivation and support to help you to achieve your goals and more importantly, accomplish results. Our sessions are not gym circuits in an air-conditioned room, and we do not use mirrors or TV's as props. What we do offer is a group of motivated people training hard and working together to achieve results!
