We had a wonderful friendship with Four Way Kennels for about a decade with our "old dog" Bella, an affectionate Golden Retriever. Leonie was so kind and flexible fitting her in when we got emergency calls to go to attend to our elderly relatives in New Zealand. Knowing that our Bella was being loved and kept happy made it all that bit easier. Thank you once again Leonie! Years later we have returned with our new dog Lucy to find that Four ways is still as good as ever. We found ourselves boarding in the middle of the new owners take over period, but that was no problem. We especially appreciate the care given to our pets and the friendly and flexible staff. The extended opening hours are a great help when having to travel long distances. Best wishes to the new owners and to Steve and Leonie for their "retirement!"

A Five-Star Experience at Country Comfort Pet Resort I can't express enough gratitude for Di and the team at Country Comfort Pet Resort. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even at short notice nothing was a problem for them. Di advised me on the vaccines needed and how to get it sorted in the timeframe. The facilities are amazing, the best setup I’ve seen. They take away all the stress of leaving our animals. And when we returned, our boy Zeus was happy and clean. 💙

Lizzy Pet Parlour is 5 star as this salon is extremely hygienic and i highly recommend Lizzy and Shi, I have had ShihTzu babies for over 30 years and Lizzy would be the best dog groomer i have ever had clip my babies, we have been going to Lizzy Pet Parlour for 8 years now and my babies and myself are always greeted with a beautiful happy smile and all the concerns i may have at the time are always meet as they are caring, thoughtful and always willing to help. Also they only stay in the salon for 2 hours however if i need to be away longer that is perfectly fine with them. Julie Franklin, Lilybelle and Baxter.

Dr Rue and his assistant came to our home to euthanise as beloved 15 year old dog. They couldn’t have been more patient and gentle with her and me. My animals were really happy and well looked after by BPC. My plants were watered and mail collected. I would definitely be using them again. What is advertised is what you get caring, trustworthy, reliable and the texts updates on my animals let me know and see if they were ok.
