Not going to lie, I was initially concerned about how could handle our rescue dog's skittish behavior or the tactics towards grooming him. But it wasn't even 10 minutes when I knew he was in best hands! Our dog looks amazing!!! Thank you Ryan and Maree, Chewy and I thoroughly enjoyed the Purple Paw experience and we'll definitely be coming back for more.

A Five-Star Experience at Country Comfort Pet Resort I can't express enough gratitude for Di and the team at Country Comfort Pet Resort. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even at short notice nothing was a problem for them. Di advised me on the vaccines needed and how to get it sorted in the timeframe. The facilities are amazing, the best setup I’ve seen. They take away all the stress of leaving our animals. And when we returned, our boy Zeus was happy and clean. 💙

How amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
