He explained body mechanics, including giving beneficial exercises to perform at home in order to resume normal, pre-injury activities as soon as possible. Surprisingly, this was achieved for me in a little over one month, and I was fully fit to resume my active lifestyle. Print outs of the regime, with descriptive instructions on exercise methods were given to assist with this outcome. Oliver instilled the confidence to be proactive, and the encouragement to carry on at my own pace. Tara at Front of House is welcoming, very helpful and friendly.
