“My daughter and I attended Reformer Pilates sessions led by Christian and I’ve never felt stronger! I began with complaints of lethargy and muscle loss and ended up feeling amazing and so much stronger after only about 8 weeks! We had laughs at the same time. I’ve completely changed my perception on fitness after many many years of abstinence. And thanks to Christian, I will carry on with Pilates training when I move to NY now.
