Hi, My name is Virginia Mealing and I'm a massage therapist and I love it. I have professional training, qualifications and experience in many massage related modalities including Swedish Remedial, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral and BARS. I have been massaging people with some amazing results and they have become my loyal clients coming back on a regular basis. Each client is assessed, discussing the issues and problems they are having with their body, and a massage is performed with a treatment plan of stretching and strengthening regime given afterwards, including regular massage to assist the body's healing ability.
