Hi, my name is Bec and I am a Qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor providing Pilates classes in the beautiful town of Maleny. We've been running our classes since 2016 and our lovely group of participants also have regular social get togethers. I felt stronger than I ever had, even compared to when I was a nationally competitive gymnast as a youngster. Pilates keeps me moving in my everyday life with less pain and discomfort. It's a wonderful movement modality that is suitable for everyone.
