How often should I do Pilates?
To see noticeable results in a relatively short period of time Pilates should be practiced regularly for three, one hour sessions per week. Power on Pilates understands that a busy work/life schedule does not always allow for this. AOK has the best products and the team are friendly and helpful. I got the mediBall which I use instead of a chair at my desk. It is fantastic and a great tool in my small home office. The fact it doesn't take up much room and is dual purposed means I can use it for exercise too. It is great for my core and posture and the free exercise charts help me remember how to do the movements correctly! I also have Yoga tools from AOK. The folding mat is extra thick making it fabulous for my ageing knees. With it's handy strap I can easily take it with me to Yoga classes and to work out outdoors too. The AOK Knee Support, PhysioRoller and Yoga Pads are other items I use regularly. They are all durable, lightweight and the best quality.
