My experience with this tradesman, fabulous, he restored a huge room of ours in very bad condition in a very old house and it looks a million dollars now, lovely man a pleasure to have work in house and felt very confident with at all times and would have no hesitation in recommending him at all very good tradesman and very professional job

We had Shaun and his team fix a range of different things on the property and there was barely anything him and his team couldn't do. Big jobs as painting our house and to small jobs changing light bulbs, nothing was to big or little for them. Everything was done at a honest and reasonable price. We were given updates of the progress at work and also pictures at the end, we are happy to recommend their services to family and friends in the area. Thanks again!

We were given great advice when we started our building renovation. "Hire a building consultant" who is independent from the building company we engaged to carry out the work. An independent building consultant will help you: 1. A.S. are met 2. If variations are implied, your consultant can tell you if they really do need to be implemented or can suggest a workaround 3. Help you understand your legal rights 4. Help you understand building principles and regulations 5. Peace of mind We hired Stuart as our consultant and on one occasion our builder tried to hit us with a $14,000 additional fee that I thought we would definitely have to come up with. My wife said let's get Stuart. He met us on site, he showed us an alternative that cost us a total of $1,260 including Stuart's fees. What a saving! Stuart is a brilliant building consultant.
