Noticed a water mains leak on my property on a Sunday afternoon. Sent a text and received a call straight back to arrange inspection and repair. Case plumbing were very good especially Nick. Also meet Clinton who told us the plan on how to block our very blocked drains and the price as well.Nick was on time, communicated well, hard worker. I hope he had a clean shirt in van after he got spray with the muck coming out of our drains. Nick cleaned up after he finished and was very easy to communicate with. I would get Case plumbing again. Dead set Legends !!, worth 10 stars !! stopped one of them in the street seeking assistance after a leak detection and plumbing company billed us for more than $1400 ($700 per hour) to dig a hole looking for the leak. Joel and his crew turned up, hand dug, called in an excavator and resolved the leak also identified a pressure issue and installed a pressure reducing device. Absolute pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to friends and family.

Not many trades people left that operate like this business, Operator has the staff very well trained and has a great team, I have had a few jobs done now by Rob Powell and the job is always done better than I could imagine, Area is always left tidy, not only is the job done well but the appreciation of having people take the time to line the tanks up so the groves and lines on the top and sides line up with the tank next to it and even swapped the back pipes over so the new ones at the front had a painted pipe and matched the others. highly recommended I am always left impressed when these guys leave, a rare find, Highly recommended.
