At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful, fully air-conditioned and carpeted dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 Freeway). We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. We also have a small creche area that will enable you to bring your young children along to class. Our classes are great fun and overall, enable you to empower yourself!
