Established by Kasey Boyd in 1996 KCDANCeHQ continues to be one of the most reputable leaders in Performing Arts, operating from Kurri Parish Hall & our full time studio in Belmont, the key to KCDanceHQs continued success is balance. KCDanceHQ teaches adults and children of all ages a fusion of dance genres that are cutting-edge, contemporary and unique, Offering expert tuition in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Stretch and Flexibility, Drama, Cheerleading. As well as many adult fitness classes including Zumba, KONGA, Barre Attack, Pilates and Tap. KCDanceHQ caters for those both wanting to take dance casually or on a more serious level. Offering exam classes for interested students in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet, We also offer our dancers the option of entering Eisteddfods and competitions throughout the year. All students are invited to participate in an annual production in November to showcase their achievements which is held at the prestigious Newcastle Civic Theatre. ZDA is definitely a place where everyone feels at home! Our movie really showed the inclusiveness of everyone and how we don’t just learn dance! We have all shown such resilience, determination and most importantly our sense of community! Tears were rolling down my cheeks, tears of joy, tears of pride, tears of wow I can’t believe we did it! It was just what I needed to reaffirm my love for not only dance but my vision for ZDA!
