The staff truly know their stuff and work as a team to provide whatever I need with genuine customer service. As a female working in the building arena, I appreciate being treated as a professional and respected -its so refreshing compared to some other experiences.. A special shout-out to Lachie, for going the extra mile again and again, keeping me in the loop, and always making me feel like he is genuinely happy to do so. If you haven't tried them - Do.
