Over the 30 years I have been working, I have developed a blend of massage types including Swedish and Sports. I believe this reduces pain and discomfort during a massage, while still allowing an effective amount of work to be done. By starting off with Swedish to relax the person and warm up the muscles, tightness and knotting (problem areas) can be found easier.
