My car key battery died yesterday as I happened to be walking into Bunnings at Bennetts Green. I sought help from Emily in Tools Dept, she got a colleague, Noah who managed to insert the spare battery that I had with me. They were both wonderfully helpful. It’s not that easy a task. I truly commend them both and for their friendly attitude as well.

Saw the other reviews and had to mention they have been fine for me. Ordered a propane burner and it turned up about a week later. Comms are not great compared with e.g. Amazon but they do get the job done.

I asked a young sales woman pushing a trolley about a plug in thingy for my son's old car that receives blue tooth and can play his music. As you can see I have no idea what I was looking for. But she did! She was awesome and friendly and didn't make me feel like a daggy mum who doesn't know technology. PLUS my son was super happy with the result. Happy Christmas!!

I had borrowed a mate’s professional rotary drill and fried the power plug due to a short in a faulty extension lead. Action were very helpful and replaced the lead at very reasonable price. Quick efficient and friendly service. Will definitely use them in the future
