Words can't express how grateful I am to Natasha and Mackay Family Funerals for helping me and my husband getting through a very difficult time. My newborn son passed away in 2004, and Natasha created a beautiful service for him. She helped me choose the most beautiful casket, with little silver doves as handles, and the heartfelt touches she made left me with some very meaningful memories to take with me. She printed a beautiful poem out onto cards for my family and I. She was compassionate and empathetic to the sorrow I was feeling as we laid him to rest. My son was treated like the angel he was, and surrounded with so much love that day. It's been a long time since then, but I was able to take something positive out of what was the most traumatic time in my life. I cannot fault Bryan J Reid Funeral Services. Every point of contact with every staff member was full of compassion and professionalism. They took such time and commitment to make sure every single detail for my mum's funeral was perfect. Even when I kept making small changes, they assured me it was OK as it had to be perfect for mum. Even though we could only have 10 people at the service, Maureen the celebrant made sure to include family and friends watching via live stream. Jeff and Kylie provided such support, advice and guidance and Greenway Chapel was a beautiful setting to farewell my mum. We just cannot thank you enough.

We found the service provided by Timeless Funerals exactly fitted our requirements for when both my father-in-law and my mother-in-law passed away. Both were 96 when they left us and had no remaining friends. Both had made it very clear to us that they did not want an extravagant ceremony and the Timeless experience was perfect for our requirements.
