Kookaburra Early Learning is a locally owned and operated, professional and friendly Casino child care centre. Operating for more than 13 years, we aim to provide the best care available to your child and we welcome new families to visit our centre to see the safe and educational environment we provide. The staff at Kookaburra Early Learning Casino are long-standing qualified early childhood and preschool teachers. They are carefully selected to ensure the highest standard of education and support for your child. Our Casino child care centre is open for long daycare and early learning services Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 6.30pm, catering for children as young as six weeks old. We provide nutritional meals for your child during their stay, including lots of vegetables and fruit to ensure healthy growth. We are a member of Nutrition Australia, abiding by guidelines on meals for children between 6 weeks and 6 years of age. Kookaburra Early Learning has development programs based around the ‘Early Years Learning Framework' (EYLF), a Government designed curriculum. We also encourage development through planned and instinctive activities. Parents can keep up to date with all the goings-on of the centre through our interactive parent portal. Our centre introduces children to technology during activities, including programs on computer and iPad. We also run outdoor activities and are currently introducing sustainability and gardening programs. These programs improve strength, co-ordination and general development. King's Early Learning Centres operate at all three of our campuses: Reedy Creek, Pimpama and Logan Village. Our aim is to prepare children for the start of school. We run Kindy classes for children aged two and a half to three and provide a government approved Kindergarten program for Pre Prep children in the year prior to starting school. Pre Prep classes are specifically designed to prepare children for entry into Prep at King's Christian College. Working in partnership with families, our programs seek to engage children in the learning process with ‘hands-on' experiences suited to children's interests and needs. We are convinced that if children eagerly participate from an early age, a positive attitude towards lifelong learning is established. Children are well prepared for the transition into our school Prep program. In all our centres, our Pre Prep rooms are located close to the Prep classrooms. During the Pre Prep year, students start to visit and use school facilities regularly, becoming even more familiar with their future surroundings. We make use of our Lower Primary library on a weekly basis as well as regular 'excursions' to other areas of the school. We have a delightful sports day during the third term, where we introduce our children to inter-house races. We enjoy regular visits from our primary and high school students who participate in reading, games and other activities - building a strong relationship between all ages across our campuses. Early Learning staff work with Prep teachers to ensure that the curriculum in the year before school prepares students emotionally and socially as well as providing the foundational numeracy and literacy skills that will allow them to start school with confidence.

Such wonderfully dedicated educators here at Noah's Ark Pre School. They are super friendly and love the kids like their own. They do a fab job at teaching and making sure the kids learn and grow. A very hard job in my opinion but they do a great job.

My son finally graduated last year after going through kindy all the way through at Coomera Anglican College. Apart from the obvious high academic and co-curricular education the school really did a great job in shaping as well as guiding my son through what can be described as a challenging time of some of the teenage years. I believe it was more difficult than in my teens! We are forever grateful for the excellent care for the student and the person he is now.
