Our history starts in Humpty Doo, Northern Territory with a family earthmoving equipment business in 1981. The company has grown from strength to strength employing experienced earthmoving operators and constructing various high profile contracts throughout the Northern Territory. The Company was originally formed by H.T. & J.P. Hassall with the aim of providing professional and reliable civil works and site services. Initially H & K Earthmoving was involved in plant hire, successfully progressing to Civil Work, Sub Divisional Projects, Property Development and NT Government Contracting. H & K Earthmoving is now one of the largest privately owned Civil Contracting Companies in the Darwin Region. Over the past 25 years of business H & K Earthmoving has demonstrated its commitment to the development of the Northern Territory, it's resources and in particular tourist related developments such as Dundee Beach, Litchfield Park and Kakadu National Park.
