Cairns South properties have managed 3 properties for us for 15 years and i could not thank them enough for the great job they have done . Recently , we have just sold all our properties and relocated to another state , of course we trusted them to sell them for us and once again they did an excellent job in handling this other task . Both Jeannie and Lynda were very professional, very experienced , ethical and new exactly what to do in order to have us happy , but , also the buyer . We have purchased through Property Ladder, and also have them property managing for us. Investing in property is not easy or simple, it's risky, and needs a lot of faith that the property is going to be looked after by both the people who make a home for themselves in there, and the agent who is managing it. Having an agent who understands that is invaluable. PLs response time to issues is prompt for both the occupants and us. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, have a great support network of handy people and tradies to help us keep things on track and in good servicable order. Our properties are now in better condition then they were when we bought them, and we have lovely occupants in them. We want to keep it that way. Thanks PL team, we appreciate the extra that you do.
